Domestic (India):

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available
  • Prepaid orders: Free Shipping

International (Overseas):

  • COD not available
  • Courier charges: ₹1750 per kg
How long will delivery take?

Domestic (India):

  • COD: 6–8 days
  • Prepaid: 3–5 days
  • Village areas may take extra 3 days

International:

  • 10–12 days (Prepaid only)
I am based outside India. Can I order with Indian delivery?

Yes, but only prepaid orders are accepted. COD is not available.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email. If not received, contact us within 24 hours with your Order ID.

How do I know my size?

You can check the Size Guide available at the bottom of the website.

My order is not showing in My Account. Why?

There may be a system delay. Please wait or contact us within 24 hours.

I placed two orders by mistake. How can I cancel one?
  • COD: No refund
  • Razorpay prepaid: 2.5% deduction
  • Stripe prepaid: 8% deduction
Is there a limit to the quantity I can order?

COD Orders: Maximum ₹5000

Prepaid Orders: No limit
