Currently, reverse pickup service is not available. Customers are required to courier the product themselves to the nearest courier office at their own expense.
No Return & Exchange on Customized (Add-ons) and Navratri Products (Post-Season / Off-Season).*
If the issue or defect is from our side, we will either provide a discount promo code to your Tanhai account or refund the courier charges after the returned product is successfully delivered to us.
If the exchange dress is available in stock, the exchange will be processed within 8–10 working days.
If the dress is not available in stock, customers must select an alternative product/style from our store. Please note that we do not offer refunds; only exchanges are allowed.
